Eric Slaymaker-Partner


Eric is the CEO and founder of Winger’s USA, Inc., which is the parent company

and franchiser of the Wingers Restaurant & Alehouse. He is also an owner and

the managing member of Elko Wings, LLC, a Winger’s franchisee located in

Nevada, and a Vice President of Sticky Holdings, Inc., an affiliated company of

Winger’s USA.

Previously Eric was a 


Eric is the CEO and founder of Winger’s USA, Inc., which is the parent company

and franchiser of the Wingers Restaurant & Alehouse. He is also an owner and

the managing member of Elko Wings, LLC, a Winger’s franchisee located in

Nevada, and a Vice President of Sticky Holdings, Inc., an affiliated company of

Winger’s USA.

Previously Eric was a Co-Founder and Vice President of Slaymaker Group, Inc., a

multi-concept food franchisee owner. Partnering with Richard Rees, he is also

a co-founder of Monarch Broadcasting, Inc. and Rees-Slaymaker Broadcasting,

Inc. which developed two FM radio stations that were divested in 1997. In

addition, Eric served for over 20 years on the Board of Directors for the Utah

Restaurant Association and was recently the President of the Board of the

Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation (JDRF) Mountain West Chapter, and

graduated in Business Marketing from the University of San Francisco, while

receiving the Charles Haney award for the student-athlete with the highest

GPA during their tenure.

Curt  a seasoned retail executive with a 30-year track record of helping retail organizations improve store operations, develop new concepts, and expand into new markets.

Curt’s experience includes Senior Vice president of operations at The Joint, president and chief operating officer of Utah-Slaymaker Group, which operated a chain of rest

Curt  a seasoned retail executive with a 30-year track record of helping retail organizations improve store operations, develop new concepts, and expand into new markets.

Curt’s experience includes Senior Vice president of operations at The Joint, president and chief operating officer of Utah-Slaymaker Group, which operated a chain of restaurants that includes T.G.I. Friday’s franchises as well as being the corporate parent of Winger’s Roadhouse Grill.

Among the companies he has helped at the request of private equity firms were Winder Farms, Paper Zone, and San Francisco Music Box Co, and worked, in developing a retail concept for the Sundance Group.

He worked as executive vice president of Dean & Deluca, where he managed all day-to-day operations of the retail stores and cafes. He successfully spearheaded the Starbucks Internet concept of creating a “third place” online as vice president and integration officer for “Starbucks X.”

Richard and Business Ventures Corp. invested in and restructured The Joint Corp. in 2010 and served on The Joint’s board of directors until its public offering in 2014 (NASDAQ: JYNT.) The Joint is now the largest provider of chiropractic care  with over 800 franchised and corporate owned clinics opened. Richard co-founded Monarch Broadcasting, Inc. and Rees-Slaymaker Broadcasting, Inc., owners of two FM radio stations that weredivested in 1997. He founded on-line digital music distribution company, Rio Bravo Entertainment that merged with Digital Music Group, Inc. (DMGI) at the time of its IPO in 2004. DMGI eventually merged with The Orchard, creating the largest digital distributor of music. The Orchard was acquired

by Sony Music. He serves on the Board of the Love Hope Strength Foundation, a cancer charity as well as the Board of the Sun Radio Foundation.
